  1. Âme Cuivre ou Alu câblée circulaire de classe 2    
  2. Écran semi-conducteur extrudé
  3. Isolant PR / XLPE
  4. Écran semi-conducteur extrudé pelable
  5. Semi-conducteur avec éléments gonflant
  6. Écran en fils cuivre
  7. Ruban gonflant
  8. Gaine en PVC spécial

Points particuliers

  • Tension nominale Uo/U (Um) : entre 3.6/6 (7.2) KV et 18/30 (36) KV
  • Tension d’essai : 3.5 Uo (KV)
  • Température maximale à l’âme
    • 90°C en service normal
    • 120°C en surcharge de courte durée
    • 250°C en cas de court circuit polyphasé de durée maxi 5s
    • 200°C en cas de court circuit monophasé de durée maxi 5s

Constitution

  • Il est constitué d’un conducteur de phase non armé ou de 3 conducteurs de phase non armés (Ces câbles peuvent être armés à la demande).
  • Le câble est isolé en polyéthylène réticulé à champ radial.
  • L’isolant,SC intérieur et SC extérieur sont fabriqués en même temps sous atmosphère d’azote en triple extrusion.
  • L’écran métallique en fils cuivre pour la mise à la terre : section 16 mm². (autres sections à la demande)
  • La gaine extérieure est en PVC spécial noir.
